REFUND POLICY

Aeronix accepts returns and refunds for eligible products under certain conditions.

Products must be returned within 14 days of delivery, in original condition, unused, and with original packaging. Items that are damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modification are not eligible for refund.

Once the returned product is received and inspected, Aeronix will notify the customer of the approval or rejection of the refund. Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product supplied by Aeronix.

Aeronix reserves the right to refuse refunds that do not meet the return conditions.
